Eligibility Criteria

| Management Trainee (Civil) | Full-time bachelor’s degree needed in civil engineering disciplines from government authorized recognized University with minimum 60% marks. |
| Management Trainee (Electrical) | Bachelor degree needed in electrical engineering stream from a recognized government authorized institute or University with at least 60% marks. |
Salary Details and Age Limit

Note:- Above-mentioned pay scale will be payable after one year of probation training completion. After the probation training, the candidate will be appointed as a senior project executive and for this post, the salary would be payable as per the IDA pay scale (14000/- to 140000/-).
