| Mechanical Engineer | Mechanical Engineering degree with minimum 2 years of experience in Implementation and coordination, project planning, production and operation, maintenance of large size modern Cement project, |
| Civil Engineer | Civil engineering degree and at least 2 years of experience in raw meal and their maintenance, clinker, large concrete silos for strong cement, construction of industrial structures, foundations, design, project implementation. |
| Mining Engineer | Mining engineering degree with minimum 2 years of experience of quarry management in open cast mechanized mines. |
| Instrumentation Engineer | Engineering degree in instrumentation/electronics & instrumentation discipline and should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in process instrumentation & microprocessor/computer-based process control system, automation of modern cement plant, operation & troubleshooting, programming. |
| Electrical Engineer | Electrical engineering degree and at least 2 years of experience in high tension and low tension motors, installation, testing & maintenance of electrical equipment, commissioning, switch gears in the cement industry. |
| Material Management Officer | Diploma/Postgraduation/Engineering degree in Material Management stream with graduation. Also, the candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in material management in a PSU/manufacturing company. |
