| Public Relations Officer | 1st class Master’s degree in any stream with PG diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication and a minimum 5 years of experience in the editorial department/Centre of any established Tamil/English Newspaper. |
| Assistant Registrar | Master’s degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade on a point scale. |
| Section Officer | Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 3 years of experience as Assistant on the pay scale of 9,300/- to 34,800/- from State/Central Government/University. |
| Personal Assistant | i) Bachelor’s degree in any stream with minimum 100wpm stenography speed in Hindi/English. ii) Typing in Hindi or English with a minimum speed of 30/35 wpm respectively. iii) At least 2 years of experience as a Stenographer in State/Central Government Organization or State/Central Autonomous Institution or University Research Institution. |
