योग्यता:- १) केवल अलीगढ और मथुरा जिल्हे के मूल निवासी ही इज भारती मे हिस्सा ले सक्ते है. २) नुन्यत्म शैशनिक आहारता तय नाही की गायी है, परंतु आवेदक १० वी उत्तीर्ण से जादा पडा नाही होणा चाहीये. ३) आवेदक को जिल्हा रोजगार कार्यालय मे पंजीकृत का प्रमाणपत्र अनिवार्य है तथा साथही मूल निवासी प्रमाणपत्र होणा आवश्यक है.
