Or iii) Officer with at least 5 years of regular service on deputy secretary of central govt. in the pay level – 12 with 3 years of experience in Finance & Accounts. |
| Assistant Controller of Examination | Holding analogous post on a regular basis or Minimum 5 years of regular service in the pay level 10. |
| Nursing Superintendent | Holding analogous posts or At least 5 years of regular service on Deputy/Assistant Nursing Superintendent in the pay level – 10. |
| Executive Engineer | Assistant Engineer (civil/electrical) with at least 5 years of regular service in the pay level – 10 or Holding analogous posts on regular basis. |
| Accounts Officer | Minimum 2/3 years of regular service in the relevant field on pay level 8/7 or holding analogous posts on regular basis. |
| Staff Nurse | B.Sc in Nursing with registration in Nursing council and at least 3 years of experience as Staff Nurse Grade-II in a at least 200 bedded healthcare/hospital institute. |
