| Executive Director | MBA in HRD/Finance with a minimum of 10 years of experience. |
| Chief Administrative Officer | MBA in HRD with at least 10 years of experience. |
| Consultant Technician | B.Tech/B.E degree in Civil engineering with at least 60% marks with a minimum of 15 years of experience in construction company/govt or corporation. |
| Executive Engineer (I.P.) | B.E/B.Tech degree in Civil engineering branch with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the infrastructure sector. |
| Executive | Graduate in any stream or Diploma in any field of engineering with essential knowledge of computers. |
Other Eligibility Criteria: i) Retired candidates can apply for 1 to 4 posts. ii) Retired candidate’s age limit would be 64 years.
