| Account Opening Staff | Graduation in any discipline with SORM, NISM DP certificate and at least 02 years of experience in accounts opening operation. |
| DP Staff | Graduation in any discipline with NISM DP certificate and at least 05 years of experience in DP operations. |
| Dealer- For Stock Broking Terminals | Graduate with NCFM/NISM qualification and at least 1 year of experience in dealing. |
| Systems & Networking Engineer | B.Tech/PG degree in CS/IT/Electronics or Graduate with DOEACC with at least 1 year of experience in system-related operations such as Windows Server, Unix & Networking. |
| Back Office-Mutual Fund | Graduation in any discipline with at least 1 year of experience in back and processing of investments made by clients in the mutual fund. |
| Help Desk Staff | Graduate with at least 1 year of experience in account opening/trading operation/Demat. |
| Back Office Staff-Regd Office (Accounts) | Graduate in any stream (B.Com preferred) with at least 2 years of experience in accounts/financial background. |
| Research Analyst | MBA in Finance or any other equivalent postgraduate and NISM with at least 4 years of experience in equity research, analyzing trends of industries and economy. |
| Voice President-RLC | Graduation in any stream with at least 20 years of experience in NBFC/Banking having sufficient knowledge in retail loan products. |
| Branch Head-RLC | Graduation in any stream with at least 15 years of experience in Banking/NBFC having sufficient knowledge in retail loan products. |
| Field Staff-RLC | i) 12th class pass or equivalent and higher qualification. ii) Preferably at least 1 year of experience in sales, retails, and loan products- Credit Card, Vehicle Loan, Home Loan, etc. |
