Junior Customer Agent	12th Class pass.
Ramp Services Agent	i) 3 Years of Diploma in Automobile, Electronics, Production, Electrical, Mechanical engineering or ITI in Welder, Bench fitter, Diesel Mechanic, Air Conditioning, Auto Electrical trade with at least 1 year of experience. ii) Valid Heavy Motor Vehicle Driving Licence.
Utility Agent cum Ramp Driver	SSC/10th class pass with HMV driving license.
Handyman	SSC/10th class pass.
