Engineer (PPC)	1st class B.E./B.Tech degree in Mechanical engineering with at least 60% marks and a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in Machine Shop / Production Planning & Control / Project Management in a large / medium scale industry.
Engineer (Quality)	1st class B.E./B.Tech degree in Mechanical with at least 60% marks and minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in QC/QA function in a large/medium scale industry.
Supervisor (Maintenance)	1st class Diploma in Electrical Engineering with at least 60% marks and a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in maintenance & repair of equipment & machines / troubleshooting and fixing of faults in CNC machines.
Supervisor (Quality)	1st class Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 60% marks and a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in Quality Assurance.
Supervisor (Surface Treatment)	1st class Diploma in Chemical Engineering with at least 60% marks and a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in the surface treatment process of Chemical milling, plating (Zn/Ni/Cd), Anodizing, Electro polishing, passivation, pickling, conversion coatings, etc.
Technician	ITI in Machinist / Fitter / Welder / Turner / Electronics / Electrician / Electroplater Tool & Die Maker / MRAC with at least 60% marks and a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in fitting process.
