Junior Office Assistant (IT)	i) 10+2 examination pass or Matriculation pass with 1/2 years of ITI diploma/certificate in IT & ITES or 3 years of Diploma in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / IT. ii) 30wpm typing speed in English or 25wpm typing speed in Hindi.
Clerk	i) 10+2 examination or its equivalent from a recognized education board with 25wpm typing speed in Hindi or 30wpm typing speed in English. ii) Knowledge of “Word Processing” on a computer.
