| Education: Candidates have to be 2 years of full-time MBA degree or 3 years of part-time MBA degree in the Finance/Marketing stream. Or Post Graduation degree needed in Insurance/banking/Cooperative Management/Rural management/Agri-business/statistics/commerce/economics discipline. Or Cost Accountant/Chartered Accounted. Experience: Has to be a minimum of 5 years (2 Year for Assistant Director-General) of hands-on working experience in an executive capacity in Audit, risk assessment, costing taxation, accounts, finance, project appraisal, monitoring, financing, evaluation, and all allied functions in a development institution/financial/Bank. Also, the candidate has knowledge of relented computer software. |

| Education: B.E or B.tech Degree needed in Communication/Electronics/IT/Computer Science discipline or M.Sc or MCA degree needed in Computer Science discipline. Experience: Minimum 5 years (2 Years for Assistant Director-General) of post-qualification experience needed in financial institutions/Supervisory/Executive capacity preferably in the bank in the area of development of needed-based software/data management/system analysis or SQL server, Oracle, etc. |

| Education: B.E or B.Tech degree mandatory in Food processing stream. Experience: At least 5 years of working experience in exceptive capacity in Quality control/Maintaining/Operating/Implementing, etc. The candidate has to be knowledgeable of the given field and relevant field computer software. |
| Assistant Director (Legal) |
| Education: law Bachler’s degree and has to register as an advocate in the bar council. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience needed in claims/recovery suits, hypothecation, guarantees, mortgages, financial documentation/Legal, etc., and matters relating to litigation in different Courts of financial institutions/Tribunals preferably in banks/Law. Has to a knowledge of those fields and also knowledge of relevant field software. |

| Education: B.sc or B.Tech degree needed in Horticulture stream from a recognized university. Experience: At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in the fields of operating/implementing/quality control/maintaining, etc. of units in the given field and also knowledge with the use of related software and computer. |
