| General Manager (Portfolio-I) |
| Graduation in any discipline with MBA in Finance or CFA/CA/ICWA is mandatory. Also candidate should have minimum 20 years of experience in relevant field and including at least 5 years of experience as AGM or DGM in legal, credit, and recovery. |
| General Manager (Portfolio-II) |
| Graduate or post graduate degree in any discipline with minimum 20 years of experience in relevant field including 05 years experience as DGM/AGM in overseeing Banking operational. |
| Chief Financial Officer (CFO) |
| Charted accounted degree needed with at least 20 years of experience including 10 years of experience in supervisory role. |
| Chief Risk Officer (CRO) |
| Graduation in any stream with Masters degree in Economics/Maths/Statistics discipline. Also minimum 20 years of experience required including 10 years of experience in supervisory role in risk management and corporate credit. |
| Deputy General Manager – Legal & Recovery |
| Graduation should be completed in any discipline with minimum 15 years of experience in relevant field. If you have LLM/LLB/CAIIB degree will be added advantage. |
