Eligibility Criteria:
Sales Manager
Payscale: 21000/- INR per month.
Education: Bachelor’s degree needed in any stream.
Preferred: Marketing field experience candidate will be preferable first (Optional).
Age limit: 25 to 45 years.
Business Development Officer
Payscale: 18000/- INR per month.
Education: Candidate has to be 12th (HSC) class pass out.
Preferred: Field working experience candidate will be preferable first (Optional).
Age limit: 21 to 40 years.
Sales Assistant
Payscale: 15000/- INR per month.
Education: At least the 10th class has to be passed out.
Preferred: Having marketing field experience candidates gives first preference.
Age limit: 21 to 40 years.

Job Description
Sales Manager
- To promote animal husbandry business at the district level and to promote the sale and promotion of the corporation’s production.
- Appointing a dealer to supply the corporation’s production at the district level.
- Selling 3000 Special Gold Milk Dhara Calcium Can per month as per the assistance of Business Development Officer.
- Special promotion of training program “Animal Health Worker” 1 Gram Panchayat one employed by the corporation.
- It is a necessary minimum of Sales Development Officer under the Sales Manager
Business Development Officer
- Have to promote animal husbandry business at the tehsil level, to promote the sale and propagation of the corporation as per the goal of production.
- Appointing dealers to supply products of the corporation at the Tehsil level.
- Publicize all the schemes of the corporation by the public and link them to these programs.
- It is mandatory to sell a minimum of 600 special gold milk Dhraa Calcium Cans statues with the help of Sales assistants.
- It is necessary to have a minimum of 5 Sales assistants under the Sales Development Officer.
Sales Assistant
- Receiving product sales orders and taking products to farmers and animal husbandry.
- After selection of Sales Assistant along with the declaration form, as per the rules, an amount of Rs 10000 will have to be deposited in the corporation. The product will be sent in lieu of a deposit.
- Issue of free animal husbandry insurance of ₹ 100000.
- Minimum 120 special gold milk Dhara Cans sales are per month mandatory.
Selection Process of BPNL Recruitment 2021
- BPNL notify on your registered email ID for the online aptitude test.
- Aptitude test pass out candidate will be gate contract declaration and 100 rupees Stamp on registered email ID. Candidates have to send a declaration and stamp on the address of Bhartiya Pashupalan Nigam Limited. At the interview time candidates have to provide Xerox copies of qualification documents, ID proof, and experience certificates.
- After aptitude and interview process selected candidates will be invited for one day training at Jaipur or Lucknow.
