| The candidate has to be a bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical engineering with a minimum of 65% marks and for ST/SC/PwBD candidate should have a minimum of 55% Marks. |

| Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Metallurgy/Computer Science Engineering with a minimum of 65% marks and for ST/SC PwBD candidate should have a minimum of 55% Marks. |
Note:- Just for Aeronautical discipline candidate should have must have 60% minimum marks and if you are belonging from SC/ST/PwBD categories then you needed at least 55% marks to qualify.

Note:- 05 Years of age relaxation granted on upper age limit for SC/ST categories candidates and 03 years of age relaxation for OBC (NCL) categories candidates.
Stipend
40,000/- INR basic pay will be provided during the training period and also the candidate will get other benefits such as accommodation, allowances, etc.
Category wise reservation
- Design Trainee:- UR-27, EWS-05, OBC (NCL)-16, SC-08, ST-04.
- Management Trainee (Technical):- UR-14, EWS-05, OBC (NCL)-11, SC-07, ST-03.

- For SC/ST/PDW:- Nil.
- For UR/OBC/Other:-500/- INR.
Importance instructions
- The candidate has to fill up his full name while filling the form according to the SSC certificate.
- While registering the candidate, complete information will have to be filed according to the guidelines of HAL.
- Based on the merit list, the list of selected candidates will be published on the official website of HAL (www.hal-india.co.in).
- OBC category candidates will have to provide non-creamy layer certification
