Eligibility Criteria
- Only B.E or B.Tech degree holders can apply for walk-in drive.
- Only Mechanical Engineering B.E or B.Tech degree is eligible to apply.
- The marks percentage of the candidate should be at least 65% or more.
- Only those candidates whose degree has been completed in the batch of 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020, can apply.
Training details
- The selected candidates will be trained for 6 months, in which 3 months of classroom training and 3 months of on-job training.
- During the 3 months of on-job training, candidates will be provided a ₹ 3750 per month stipend by APL Technology.
- For this training program, the candidate has to pay fees to HCL Technology.
Salary details and program fees
- Candidate will have to pay 177000 – training fees (150000 plus taxes).
- After 6 months of training, the salary of the candidate will be 226000 P.A.
Selection process
- Eligible candidates will have to give a Cocubes assessment test which will be based on aptitude plus IT fundamentals and a duration of 75 minutes will be given for these tests.
- Technical Learnability Interview will be after the Cocubes assessment test.
- If the candidates clear the test and interview successfully, then the selection will be done by HR interview.
