Selection Process of PSCB Recruitment 2021
For the post of clerk cum data entry operator candidate will be selected on the basis of written test merit and for the post of steno typist, candidates will be selected on the parameter of written test and skill test. There will be no interview for Clerk cum data entry operator and steno typist post. In the selection process of the managerial posts, candidates will be selected on the basis of written tests and interviews.
Written examination
In the written examination, applicants need to solve multiple choices questions. This examination will be going to be for the duration of 120 minutes. In this duration, applicants need to solve all questions. Also, so there will be negative marking for every wrong answer. If you selected the wrong answer then a 0.25 negative marking will be calculated. Minimum 40% marks required for qualifying for the written test and if you are belongings from the SC category then you have to minimum of 35% marks required.

- Senior manager:- English-10, Banking-40, General Awareness-20, Quantitative Aptitude-10, Reasoning Ability-10, Computer Application-10.

- IT Officer:- Punjabi-10, English-10, information technology and computer applications-45, reasoning ability-10, quantitative aptitude-10, general awareness and banking-15.
- Clerk cum data entry operator and steno typist:- English-10, Punjabi-10, general awareness and banking-25, quantitative aptitude-15, Reasoning ability-15, computer application-15.
Age Relaxation
05 years of age relaxation has given on upper age limit to who already employed in another cooperative bank of Punjab and Scheduled Caste Candidates. 10 years of age relaxation on upper age limit given to you who have already employed in district Central Cooperative Bank of Punjab and Punjab State Cooperative Bank Limited.
