| MSc degree in agriculture discipline with Masters/MBA in Agriculture business management and a minimum of 10 years of experience as program/project manager. Also should have knowledge of Sampling procedure and analysis. |

| Masters degree required in economic/statistic or equivalent discipline with a minimum of 5 years of experience in program management/insurance business/monitoring and evolution. |
| Communication Officer |
| Master’s degree needed in communication/agriculture extension/Journalism/media/rural management/public relation discipline. Also, the Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience. |
| Capacity Building Officer |
| Masters degree in rural development/agricultural extension/rural Management Studies discipline with a minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience. |
| IT & MIS Specialist |
| M.Tech/MSc/B.Tech degree in information technology discipline with minimum 5 years of experience in IT sector. |
| Data Analyst |
| Masters degree required in computer science/Mathematics/statistic discipline with at least 5 years of experience required in statistical data analysis software. |
