Eligibility Criteria

| Junior Clerk (Direct Recruitment) |
| Candidate should pass 10+2 standard with a minimum of 50% marks or should be graduate from a recognized university or institution. |
| Junior Clerk (PACS Quota) |
| 10+2 Class pass with at least 50% marks with minimum 05 years of experience as a Secretary as defined in rule 2. Or Graduation degree with a minimum of 03 years of experience as a Secretary as defined in rule 2. |
| Junior Clerk (Under OCS Quota) |
| 10+2 class pass with the minimum of 50% marks with at least 07 years service in a cooperative society. Or graduate with a minimum of 05 years of service in a cooperative society. |
| Steno/Steno Typist |
| Minimum 10+2 standard pass with minimum 50% marks or Graduate or above from a recognized educational board/institution/university. Also, the candidate should have 80 wpm shorthand typing speed in English and 70 wpm shorthand typing speed in Hindi. And also, 40 wpm typewriting speed in English and 30 wpm typewriting speed in Hindi. |
Important Note:- i) Candidate’s 10+2 education should be pass out from Himachal Pradesh. ii) 5% mark relaxation given on minimum qualification percentage to the SC/ST/IRDP/Antodaya category.
