- Sportsman who have represented a country or state in the international or natioanl compitition in any sports as following mentioned.
- Sportsman who have represented inter-university or university tournaments counducted by the inter-university sports board in any sports as following mentioned.
- Sportman who have represented the State School Team on National Games/Sports for school counducted by the all India School Games Fedrestion in any sport as following mentioned.
- Those sportsmans are eligible who awarded National Awards in Physical Efficiency under the National Physical Efficiency Drive.
