| General Manager (Technical) | i) 04 years of full-time degree in Naval Architecture/Production/Civil/Marine Engineering/Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical discipline with at least 60% marks from a recognized university or institution. ii) Should have a minimum of 22 years of post-qualification experience including 05 years of experience senior position either collectively or singularly in the repair of Naval Ships or Submarines/Overseeing the constructions/Ship repairs/ship design/shipbuilding, etc. |
| Additional General Manager (Technical) | i) Full-time 04 years of degree in Marine Engineering/Naval Architecture/Civil/Production/Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical discipline with at least 60% marks from a recognized university or institution. ii) Minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience including 05 years of experience needed on senior position either singularly or collectively in Ship Design/Ship Building/Ship Repair/Repair of Naval Ships or Submarines/Overseeing the constructions, etc. |

| Senior Manager (Technical) | i) First class division 4 years of full-time degree in Mechanical/Naval Architecture/Electrical/Marine Engineering/Electronics/Productions discipline with at least 60% marks from a recognized university or institution. ii) Minimum 11 years of experience post qualification experience in maintenance jobs on-board ship/overseeing the construction/ship repair/shipbuilding/ship design, etc. |
| Manager (Finance) | i) Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) or Chartered Accountant. ii) At least 08 years of post-qualification experience in dealing with financial matters, i.e. Taxation, Banking, Budgeting, Costing, Finalization of Accounts, Exposure in Audit-Related Matters, Compliance Matters related to Finance, etc. |
