Programme Manager (SARA) | i) Post Graduation in Community Resource Management/Human Rights Public Administration/Child Development/Sociology/Social Work discipline with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university or institution. ii) 12th standard from a recognized School with a minimum of 60% marks. iii) At least 3 years of experience in project implementation/formulation, supervision, and monitoring in the preferable field of Social Welfare/Women & Child Development. |
District Child Protection Officer | i) Post-graduation degree in Public Administration/NGO Management/Human Rights/Child Development/Social Work/Sociology discipline with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university or institution. ii) 12th standard pass with minimum 60% marks. iii) Minimum 3 years of experience required in Training and Capacity Building, Documentation, Project Implementation/Formulation, monitoring, and supervision in the field of women and child development from the government and non-government organizations. |
Protection Officer (Institutional Care) | i) Post Graduation degree in Human Rights/Social Work/Public Administration/Sociology/Community Development/Child Development with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university or institution. ii) 12th standard passes with 60% marks. iii) Minimum 2 years of working experience required with NGO/Government organizations. |
Protection Officer (Non-Institutional Care) | i) Post Graduation degree in Social Science/Criminology/Public Administration/Human Rights/Social Work/Sociology/Child Development discipline with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university or institution. ii) 12th standard pass with at least 60% marks. iii) minimum 2 years of working experience with NGO or government organizations (preferably in the field of child development). |
Legal Cum Probation Officer | i) Post Graduation in MA/LLB in LAW/Child Rights with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized University. ii) 12th standard pass with minimum 60% marks. iii) At least 2 years of working experience with NGO/government in preferable women and child development department. |
Data Analysis | i) Graduation in any discipline with minimum 50% marks and 12th standard pass with minimum 60% marks. ii) Degree or Diploma in computer applications. iii) Minimum 1 year of experience working with NGOs and government. |
Accountant | i) Graduation in any discipline with minimum 50% marks and 12th standard pass with minimum 60% marks. ii) Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant field. ii) Computer and Tally software knowledge needed. |
