| Private Secretary | Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institution with minimum 03 years of post-qualification working experience as Executive Secretary/Executive Assistant/Stenographer/Personal Assistant/Private Secretary in Educational Institution/PSUs/Autonomous Bodies/Universities/Government Department. |
| Senior Technical Assistant (Publication) | PG Degree in Science/B.Tech/B.E degree with experience in Publication of Medical/Journal Scientific Books with thorough knowledge of proofreading and subediting. Or Bachelor’s degree needed in at least 02 years of experience in publication. |
| Assistant Registrar | Official Working in Educational/University/Government Department or Research Institution holding with Master’s degree with at least 55% marks from a recognized institution/university.
