| Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant | i) 12th standard or equivalent or above with basic Training Certification from State/Central Govt/Board/University. |
| Postman | i) 12th Standard pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or Institution. ii) Should have local language knowledge i.e Telugu. iii) Must have a valid driving license of 2/3 wheeler or Light Motor Vehicle. iv) Computer Training Certification from Central/State Govt/University/Board. |
| Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) | 10th class pass or equivalent from a recognized Educational Board with Telugu as a subject in 10th Standard. Also, higher qualifications candidates are considered. |
Sports Qualification
- Sportsman represented a State or the Country on national or international competition in Notification (Para No.8) mentioned sports.
- Sportsman represented their university on inter-university tournaments orgnized by Inter-University Sport Board in Notification (Para No.8) mentioned sports.
- Spertman represented the state school team on National Games/Sports for school orgnized by All India School Games Federations in Notification (Para No.8) mentioned sports.
- Sportman awarded by National Awards in Physical Efficiency under the National Physical Efficiency Drive.
