| Director (Evaluation) | 2nd class division Master’s degree in any discipline with minimum 55% marks or B+ and 10 years of regular service in pay-scale level-11 or 05 years of service in pay-scale level-12. |
| Joint Director (Media) | i) Master’s degree preferably in Mass Communication. ii) PG Diploma/Degree in production of Radio Films/Programmes. iii) Minimum of 05 years of service in pay-scale level 12 or 10 years of service level 11. |
| Deputy Director (Accounts) | i) On deputation from IA & AS or holding analogous posts of various central government accounts service or 05 years of service in pay-scale level 11 or 8 years of service in pay scale level 10. ii) Working knowledge of Computer and English/Hindi. |
| Assistant Director (Administration) | 2nd class division bachelor’s degree with 5 years of regular service in pay scale level 10 or 08 years of regular service in pay scale level 7. |
| Accounts Officer | Holding analogous posts of various Central Accounts/Audit organizations with 03 years of service with pay scale level 10 or 06 years of service with pay scale level 08 or 08 years of service with pay scale level 6. |
