| Stenographer | Higher Secondary School pass or equivalent qualification with 100 wpm shorthand speed and 35 wpm typing speed. Also, should have a minimum of 03 months of certification course in Computer. |
| Senior Assistant | Degree in any discipline or equivalent from a recognized university with at least 03 months of certification course in computer. |
| Junior Assistant | Higher Secondary School or equivalent qualification pass from a recognized institution with at least 03 months of certification course in computer and 30 wpm typing speed in English. |
| Multi-Tasking Staff | Secondary School pass or ITI certification in relevant trade from a recognized institution and should have knowledge of operating office machines including computers. |
