| i) Post-graduate degree/diploma in food business management/business management/agriculture discipline from a recognized institution. ii) Minimum 08 to 10 years of experience in managing development projects preferably in MSME or Agri-Business Development or food processing including 03 years of experience in a leadership role. |
| Enterprise Development Manager |
| i) Degree in Technology/Engineering from a recognized institution/university with PGDM/MBA with a focus on Entrepreneurship Development. ii) At least 03 years of experience in an organization assisting small and micro-units in establishing and up-gradation of units. |
| Manager Food Technology |
| i) B.Tech/M.Sc in Food Engineering/Food Technology from a recognized institution. ii) At least 03 years of experience in providing services to FPI for technology up-gradation, quality assurance, product development, food safety, etc. |
| Manager Social Specialist |
| i) Master’s degree or MSW in Social Anthropology/Anthropology/Sociology discipline from a recognized institution/university. ii) At least 03 years of experience in development projects/empowerment of women & in gender issues, the programme for an underprivileged population of the society, formation of SHG. |
| Manager (MIS) |
| i) Master’s Degree in Statistics/Data Analytics/Economics/MBA from a recognized university/institution. ii) At least 03 years of experience in data analytics or monitoring or development programme at the national level. |
