| i) B.Sc degree in Information Technology/B.Tech in Computer Science/BCA/Graduate with PG Diploma in Computer Applications from recognized institution or university. ii) Qualifies a test in English and Punjabi typing to be held by the appointing authority or board or IT department. |

| i) B.Com degree from a recognized institution/university or equivalent or higher qualification n the relevant field. ii) Minimum 120 hours of course should be possessed with hands-on experience in the use of PC or IT in Desktop Publishing applications or Office Productivity applications from an ISO certified institution.
