| Nurse | 12th pass with 3 years of Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery or B.Sc degree in Nursing or Nursing certification with at least 3 years of experience in Hospital or Nursing Assistant Class III or above from the Armed Force. |

| Pharmasict/B | HSC pass with 2 years of Diploma in Pharmacy plus 3 years of training should be completed in Pharmacy and must be registered as a Pharmacist in Pharmacy Council. |
| OT Assistant | HSC pass in Science with at least 60% marks and 1 year of Operation Theatre Assistant certification course. |
