Roles and Responsibilities
- Organizing programs organized by the organization at rural level.
- Responsible for the implementation of the programs of the company in four to five vacancies of a taluk to fill this vacancy.
- To select rural youth / youth who are interested in social services for implementation of the program and to train them on the introduction of organization programs, organization, leadership and so on.
- Establishment of new guilds in the field of work in the villages of their jurisdiction and empowering the members with appropriate training. Studying infrastructure in villages.
