Eligibility Criteria

Category – A

Job Title	Qualification
Controller of Examination	Master’s degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of experience as a Principal/Deputy Registrar/Associate Professor with administrative experience. Or Master’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 10 years of administrative experience at the Educational Institution or University.
Deputy Registrar	Master’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade of B on the UGC 7 point scale and 3 years of experience as a Section officer and minimum 2 years of experience as Assistant registrar. Or Minimum 25 years of regular service as Section Officer, Assistant Registrar, Superintendent, Jr Assistant, Sr Assistant, and Clerk/JOA (IT) and including 2 years of experience as Assistant Registrar. Or a minimum of 6 years of experience as an Assistant Professor.
Assistant Registrar	Master’s degree required in any stream with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade of B and at least 1-year experience as a Section Officer and 2 years experience as Superintendent Gr-II. Or Minimum 22 years of regular service or regular combined service with continuous service as Superintendent Gr-II, Section Officer, Senior Assistant, Junior Assistant and Clerk/Junior Office Assistant (IT) combined and which shall also include 1-year service as a section officer. Or a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant Professor with basic computer knowledge.
Section Officer	Graduation in any discipline with at least 3 years of experience as Superintendent Grade-II Or a minimum 19 years of regular service in the above-mentioned posts including 2 years service as a Superintendent Gr-II with basic computer knowledge.

Programmer	MCA degree or B.Tech/B.E degree in CS/IT Engineering from Himachal Pradesh/Central Government recognized university/institution.
Public Relation Officer	Bachelor’s degree/PG degree/diploma in Public Relation/Public Relation and Advertising/Journalism and Mass Communication and a minimum 3 years of experience in Mass Communication/Journalism/Public Relation.
Superintendent	Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university/institution with at least 6 years of experience as Senior Assistant in Got Department/Educational/Research Institution and good working knowledge on computer.

Job Title	Qualification
Senior Assistant	10+02 Standard pass or its equivalent with a minimum 7 years regular service or regular combined with continues Adhoc service rendered, if any, as Junior Assistant/Clerk/Junior Office Assistant (IT) and basic computer knowledge.
Senior Scale Stenographer	Bachelor’s degree in any stream or its equivalent with shorthand and typing on computer in Hindi & English language. Shorthand Speed: Hindi 80 wpm and English 100 wpm; Typing Speed: Hindi 30 wpm and English 40 wpm.
Junior Photographer	Matriculation pass with Diploma in Photography from a State/Central Govt recognized institution and a minimum of 2 years of experience in video photography/motion picture.
Steno Typist	10+02 Examination pass with 60 wpm shorthand speed in English & Hindi and 25 wpm typing speed in Hindi & English on computer.
Junior Technician	B.Pharm/B.Sc/B.Tech/B.E from a goverment recognized institution or university.
Driver	Matric passes with valid driving license of Heavy/light vehicle in hilly terrain.
