| i) Master’s degree in Marine Biology/Marine Science/Environmental Science or equivalent with at least 60% marks from a recognized university or institution. ii) Should have a minimum of 07 years of experience in teaching or research in the relevant field or collection of sediment, water, marine litter, and biological and microplastics sample. iii) Also, should have handling experience of analytical instruments for the analysis. |
| Project Scientist-III (Marine Biology – Toxicology) |
| i) Master’s degree in Zoology/Marine Biology discipline or equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized university or institution. ii) At least 07 years of experience in Biomarker enzyme assays, planktonology, water quality monitoring, risk assessment of contaminants, seawater quality criteria development, and histopathological studies. iii) Experience in execution and designing of laboratory, isolation, and culture of plankton, survey, and sampling, in-situ field toxicity experiments for risk assessment of contaminants. |
