| Graduate+ICWA/CA or engineering graduate with MBA in finance from a reputed recognized institution or University. Also, candidates should have post-qualification experience in working capital management, inventory management, accounting and audit, budget & costing, preparation and finalization of accounts, finance, and accounting, etc. |
| Junior Manager (Civil) |
| Bachelor’s degree needed in Civil engineering discipline from recognized institution or University. And also candidates should have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in the industrial township including public utility services such as water supply, foundation for mobile equipment, conveyor structure, Heavy machine foundation, designing and construction of industrial work like ore processing plant, road, etc. |

| Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering/mining/mechanical/civil engineering discipline or postgraduate degree/diploma required in environment management or doctorate in impact assessment/environment studies streams from reputed University or institution. Also, candidates should have minimum of 2 years of experience in the environmental field for the mining industry. |
| Junior Manager (Industrial Engineering) |
| Bachelor’s degree needed in industrial engineering/production engineering/mechanical/mining stram and postgraduate diploma/diploma in industrial engineering from a recognized university. The candidate should have a minimum of 02 years of post-qualification experince in the Environmental field for the Mining Industry. |
| Junior Manager (Rajbhasha) |
| MA (Hindi) with English as one of the subjects and successful completion of translation course conducted by Central translation bureau. Also, the candidate should have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in translation of the non-technical or technical document from English to Hindi and vice versa in public relations and newspaper of central/state govt or public sector undertaking. |
