Job Description
- Have to handle international voice calls and provide the resolutions to the clients over the call.
- The candidate will be responsible for feedback from clients and provided resolution to clients.
Eligibility criteria
- Qualification:- Graduate and undergraduate are eligible to apply.
- Applicant should be ready to work in night shift for the international premium voice process.
- The candidate should be able to handle international calls so English fluency is mandatory and should have good communicational skills.
- Also, the candidate will have willing to work in the rotational shift (24*7).
