| Medical Record Officer | i) Intermediate qualification should be completed from a recognized Educational Board. ii) one year of certification course or diploma in the medical record. iii) at least 2 years of experience needed in the maintenance of medical records from a recognized Hospital. |
| Library Clerk | Matriculation or equivalent examination process from a recognized Educational Board with library science certification from a recognized institution. |
| Medical Record Clerk | 12th standard or equivalent examination passes from a recognized Educational Board or university with computer proficiency. |
