| Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or equivalent with 2nd class Coal Manager’s Certificate and minimum 02 years of post-qualification experience in the open cast coal mine. |
| Assistant Manager (Electrical) |
| Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering discipline with at least 02 years of post-qualification experience in Electronics, Electrical Maintenance Work, and Instrumentation Work. |
| Senior Manager (Mechanical) |
| Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 13 years of experience including 03 years of experience in project work in open cast mine or large process plant. |
