| Climate Change Expert | i) Master’s degree or higher in Environmental Law/Climate Risk Management/Natural Resource Management/Environmental Science/Climate Change and Sustainability Studies/Climate Change. ii) At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in climate change. |
| Development Economist | Master or higher degree in Economics discipline with at least 10 years post-qualification as an economist in the domain of economic analysis/policy. |
| Excavation and Conservation Expert | i) Master or Higher degree in Ancient Indian History & History of Arts/Ancient Indian & Asian Studies/Ancient Indian History & Culture/Archaeology discipline. ii) At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in the Archaeology domain. |
| Farm Mechanization Expert | i) Agriculture Engineering degree with 2 years of PG Diploma/Master’s degree in Business Administration/Management. ii) At least 10 years of experience is required in the agriculture technology sector. |
