| Radiologist | MBBS or equivalent degree from MCI recognized institution or PG Diploma/Degree/DNB in Radiology/relevant field. |
| ENT | MBBS with PG Diploma/Degree in ENT from a recognized institution. |
| Consultant Medicine District | MD (Medicine) or equivalent degree from an MCI recognized institution with a minimum of 2 years of working experience as a specialist in a hospital. |
| Pathologist | DNB/MD (Pathology) or Clinical Pathology Diploma with 1 year of experience. |
| Medical Officer | MBBS with Haryana Medical Council registration. |
| District Programme Coordinators | MBBS/BDS from MCI/DCI respectively recognized institutions with Master/Diploma in CHA/Public Health and at least 1 year of working experience in Public Health Programme/Health Service. |
| AMO (RBSK) | A degree in Ayurveda System of Medicine/Unani/Tibbia/Homeopathy/BNYS or BSMS Siddha Medicine and Surgery and registration in Board of Ayurveda and Unani System of Medicine in Haryana. |
