| Junior Assistant/Office Assistant | 12th Class pass or equivalent with 25 wpm in Hindi or 30 wpm in English typewriting speed or 30 wpm in Hindi or 35 wpm in English typing speed on Computer. |
| Senior Assistant | Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks with 25 wpm in Hindi or 30 wpm in English typewriting speed or 30 wpm in Hindi or 35 wpm in English typing speed on Computer and a minimum of 8 years of experience in the pay scale of L-02. |
| Program Officer/ASO | Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks and a minimum of 2 years of experience in State/Central Govt./Semi Govt Organization. |
| Office Superintendent | Bachelor’s degree in any stream with at least 55% marks and a minimum of 10 years of experience in the pay scale L-04 (25500-81100) or 2 years of experience in the pay scale of L-7 (44900 – 142400). |
