| Junior Consultant (Executive Engineer Level) | Graduation in Civil engineering discipline with at least 20 years of experience in the government sector. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of service on the rank Executive Engineer post and three years of working experience in sanitization work/water supply. |
| Monitoring & Evaluation Expert | Post Graduation degree in public policy/statistics/economics discipline from a recognized university or institution with at least 5 to 8 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, setting indicators, research, surveys, knowledge of evaluating methodologies, data evaluation, data collection, etc. |
| District Project Manager | Post Graduation degree in social work/social science/management/relevant professional degree from a recognized university or institution. At least eight years of experience in leading a team of experts in development/project management. |
| District MIS/M&E Consultant | B.E in Computer Science/MSc in computer science/MCA/Statistics degree from recognized University with 3 to 5 years of experience in data research, data management. |
| District Sanitization & Hygiene Promotion Consultant | Graduation degree in ruler management/public health/social science/engineering or relevant field from a recognized University with at least 3 years of experience in relevant field. |
| District SLWM Consultant | Graduation in Civil Engineering/Environmental Engineering with specialization in Environmental Science from a recognized University. Also, should have at least 3 years of experience in relevant fields. |
