| Social Development Specialist |
| i) Postgraduate or equivalent from a recognized institution/university with Computer/IT Degree/Diploma/. ii) The applicant should be a representative of Civil Society, who must have at least 5 years of experience in accountability/social audit-related issues and work on the rights of the poor. |
| State Resource Personnel |
| i) MSW (Master in Social Work)/Postgraduate or equivalent from a recognized university/institution with IT/Computer Diploma/Degree. ii) Minimum 5 years of experience in social audit/accountability-related issues for the rights of the poor. |
| District Resource Personnel |
| i) Graduate in any discipline or equivalent with IT/Computer Degree/Diploma. ii) Applicant must be civil society/organization’s representative, who has a minimum of 5 years of gross root experience working on right-based issues. |
